Per DEP requirements we must get a minimum of 3 samples of any item suspected to be asbestos per inspectors discretion. Results are generally available within 2 days once the lab receives them. Rush analysis is available at an increased cost.

Bulk sampling is performed to determine the asbestos content of a building material. A piece of the material is extracted and sent to an accredited laboratory to be analyzed under a microscope. Per DEP requirements we must get a minimum of 3 samples of any item suspected to be asbestos. Results are generally available within 2 days once the lab receives them. Rush analysis is available at an increased cost.

Asbestos Abatement

We will come out and complete a scope of the desired project for free. This includes taking measurements and pictures of the work you would like to be completed. We will bring that back to the office and email out a quote for you to approve to move forward with scheduling. We remove any item that is asbestos per the area you request following 29 CFR 1910.1001 standards. For any project that falls under a business there is mandatory $300 notification to the state, we must wait 10 days once submitted before starting work. This doesn't apply to any residential structure unless purchased by a business. All waste is then transferred with a waste manifest to a certified landfill.
